Devon was born and raised in Chillicothe, Ohio, United States. He graduated with honors from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training. During his time in university, he tutored anatomy and physiology to first year students. Shortly after, he moved to Miami, Florida and worked as an outpatient sports medicine specialist at an orthopedic clinic. In 2021, Devon obtained his TEFL certification. In 2022, he moved to southern Thailand with his wife to teach first grade at an international English school. Over the past year, he has fallen in love with teaching and enjoys watching his students grow in the English language. When Devon is not in the classroom, he enjoys traveling to new countries, playing various sports, and spending time with his wife.
